premfc reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

Mobile Services.

Mobile users are liable for all texts received by premfc's mobile gateway.

premfc is not liable for mobile operator errors.

By sending a text you will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and conditions.

Competition Rules

By entering the competition entrants ill be deemed to have read and understood these rules and be bound by them.

Competitions are only open to residents of the UK, Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Entrants to our competitions must be at least 16 years of age.

All decisions of premfc will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.

All entries answers must be received by premfc by the closing date specified in the competition. Answers will be entered automatically upon submission. No responsibility will be taken by premfc for any answers that are illegible, misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons, or received after the closing date.

If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable premfc reserves the right at its absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value. Non of the prizes may be exchanged or transferred and no cash alternative will be offered. Only one prize will be awarded per household. Please allow 28 days for delivery of all prizes.

The winner(s) name(s) will be seleced in a random draw from all correct answers received. Winner(s) of prizes will be announced on premfc's web site and/or notified within seven days after the winner(s) have been ascertained. Name of the winner are available from premfc upon request.

If the winner(s) of the prize cannot be traced after reasonable efforts having been made by premfc then premfc may dispose of the prize as it thinks fit without any liability to the winner(s) for having done so.

Entry costs (where applicable) are as advertised. Entrants are liable for their costs to access telephone,mobile or computer networks.

Where prizes are to be provided by a third party then the winner(s) will be required to complete all appropriate or applicable booking or other formalities direct with such provider. premfc will have no responsibility for the acts or defaults of any other persons.

premfc reserves the absolute right to disqualify any entrant to any competition which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.

If you participate in any Forum within the premfc site, you MUST NOT:

• defame, abuse, harass or threaten others;
• make any bigoted, hateful or racially offensive statements;
• advocate illegal activity or discuss illegal activities with the intent to commit them;
• post or distribute any material that infringes and/or violates any right of a third party or any law;
• post or distribute any vulgar, obscene, discourteous or indecent language or images;
• advertise or sell to, or solicit others;
• use the Forum for commercial purposes of any kind;
• post or distribute any software or other materials which contain a virus or other harmful component; or
• post material or make statements that do not generally pertain to the designated topic or theme of any chat room or bulletin board.

We reserve the right to remove or edit content from any Forum at any time and for any reason.

By uploading materials to any Forum or submitting any materials to us, you automatically grant (or warrant that the owner of such materials expressly granted) us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform and display, create derivative works from and distribute such materials or incorporate such materials into any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed throughout the universe. In addition, you warrant that all so-called "moral rights" in those materials have been waived.

When participating in a Forum, never assume that people are who the say they are, know what they say they know, or are affiliated with whom they say they are affiliated with in any chat room, message board, or other user generated content area.

We cannot be responsible for the content or accuracy of any information, and shall not be responsible for such information. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that premfc assumes no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.

premfc is not responsible for, and does not represent or endorse the accuracy or reliability of, any opinion, advice, statement, recommendation or other information included in any message posted in the Forum. Any reliance by you on any such opinion, advice, statement, recommendation or other information in the Forum shall be at your sole risk.
