1. How will I know if my entry has been successfully received?

When an entry has been successfully received a text message will be sent to your mobile thanking you for your entry. (You will not be charged for this text message)

2. When will I now if I have won a prize?

The prize winner(s) will be contacted within seven days of each draw via their mobile phone. Also all winners are listed on the premfc website.

3. What happens if I enter the competition but later lose my mobile phone and need to change my mobile telephone number?

premfc will make every effort to contact the winner(s). The winner(s) names will be listed on the premfc website. If you think you have won a prize but you no longer have the mobile phone number you entered the competition with you must provide evidence that you originally had that number.
